Corporate & Team Building Days

Oundle School offers a unique location for corporate and teambuilding events and for training courses, launches and formal celebrations. Our versatility means we can create bespoke packages for clients seeking something unique, unexpected and value-added – so resources are used to the full.

The School’s heritage is based on helping students to build on their talents through experiences that promote leadership and adventure along with academic, cultural and creative activities. Every individual is nurtured, supported and valued: an ethos that Oundle School Enterprises carries forward to its clients.

Team-building days can include classroom work in an historic and peaceful setting together with the use of first class sports facilities. Our Sports Centre is well equipped with two sports halls, pool, gym, squash and fives courts and an 8-metre high climbing wall. As well as traditional sports we can offer facilities for rowing and rifle practice as well as off-campus activities such as Land Rover experience days, speedway racing and country pursuits.

Oundle and its surrounding countryside offers the chance to relax in a vibrant market town that is still full of independent shops, restaurants and pubs, with many places of interest to visit. Oundle School encourages clients to leave the stress of work at the gates and appreciate buildings and grounds dating back to the sixteenth century. There is a wealth of history to explore and enjoy.

We work with clients to create days that inform, entertain, instruct, incentivise or just say ‘thank you’ to key personnel. Events can involve sports, outdoor pursuits, racing and track days or cultural venues, all of which are available either within the School or close by.
