A ticket is valid for the calendar year in which it is issued.

'Family' means two parents/guardians and up to three children under 18 years. Visitors who are staying with a member for at least one night, can accompany qualifying members of the family, for up to seven days. Thereafter full membership must be obtained. Entrance charges must be paid on each occasion.

"Qualifying members of the family" means family members aged 15 or over. They will be held responsible for their guest's conduct and adherence to club rules.

Any student over 18 and who is still attending an educational establishment can obtain an individual membership. Proof of a student ID card or equivalent will be required before membership is issued.

New members are required to complete an application form (available to download at the top of the page). Payment is to be made at the Pool or Sports Centre Reception.

All members agree to abide by Swimming Pool Rules. Breach of the rules, including behaviour which could cause offence or annoyance to other members in any way will result in the exclusion of a member. The decision of the School will be final in this respect. No refund will be made.

It will not be possible to give any compensation (e.g. extension of membership or cash refund) because of breakdown in the Pool or for any other reason.

The Governors of Oundle School accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any kind incurred by users of the Swimming Pool and associated facilities.
